Gateway Center is a beautiful mixed-use building conveniently located on the corner of Heber Avenue and Swede Alley in Historic Old Town Park City. Gateway has two floors of Class A office space above a retail ground-floor level, which sits above our two-story underground parking garage.
Gateway Center is home to an array of family-owned and operated businesses, local eats, successful HQ’s, and corporate tenants. Built in the summer of 1995 and continually being improved upon, the Gateway Center has become a diverse and well-known crossroads of commerce and culture in the Park City community.
