95 Evergreen Avenue is a 165,000 square-foot industrial building in the East Williamsburg/Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Formerly the Schlitz Brewing Co, Treecrest alongside its partners in this transaction, Hornig Capital Partners, and Savanna oversaw a gut renovation and redevelopment of the property – upgrading the façade, lobby, elevators, windows, and base building systems – to transform the building into a brand new office and retail space leasing long term to the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services.
